Do I need the exact time of birth?
It helps, but it is not essential. The sky moves slowly enough that the hour is plenty, and even a best guess gives a map of that night that is genuinely theirs.
Should I use the hospital or our home?
Either works. Most people use the town where the baby was born; the map is calculated from real coordinates, so choose the place that feels right in the caption.
Which colourway suits a nursery?
Blush and sage are the soft ones, and midnight is the classic night sky. All four colourways use the same house style, so any of them will age well beyond the nursery.
