Digital downloads

Your star map is delivered as a high-resolution PDF file, ready within minutes of payment. Nothing is posted.

The download link stays valid for 14 days. If it expires, or you cannot find it, email hello@carmelloprints.com with your order reference (it looks like CP-XXXXXXXX and is shown on your confirmation page) and we will re-issue it.

Printed & framed orders

Prints are produced to order on archival giclée paper in Britain and dispatched through our print partner. Most orders are made and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery then typically takes a further 2 to 5 working days, so please allow up to around a week from order to doorstep.

UK delivery is free. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier at busy times. Keep your order reference (CP-XXXXXXXX) handy for any query about a parcel.

Christmas & occasion cut-offs

For dated occasions we publish order-by dates before each peak (for example Christmas and Valentine’s Day). If your order is time-sensitive, email hello@carmelloprints.com before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.

International

We currently focus on UK delivery. If you would like a print sent outside the UK, email us and we will arrange a quote, and our print network ships worldwide.

If there is a problem

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email hello@carmelloprints.com with your order number and we will sort it. See also our returns & refunds policy.
